We had 6 rooms reserved for a wedding...i had booked it months ago and was told the rooms would be interconnecting - but on arrival our rooms were split up. Breakfast on weekends is quite late - 8am - we had to leave for the wedding at 8.30am and i was told on the phone that they would accomodate breakfast to the room, but again on arrival i was told they can't do that. Breakfast itself when we did have it on one day was rather poor - the staff put out whipping cream instead of milk, the floor was very sticky and the eggs were not great. The beds in the room are very comfy - we had large family rooms. Good size. But very surprised to see that they don't provide water in the room! There is a kettle - but no bottled water and we had to buy loads to keep us going the whole weekend.

The shower over the bath was very tight, and couldn't gef right under as the pipes snd tsps stuck out. The fawcett was loose and fell off. Avoid the room overlooking roof.No aircon so had windows open, only to have the bloomin pigeons wake us up at dawn.

Helpful staff and great location. The was large and comfortable. The restaurant had great views and decent food.

Very, very nice room with very comfortable bed. Reception area, however, is small and congested with many check ins and check outs. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Can't beat the convenience as the hotel is close to everything and is ideal for a pre and post cruise stay. They even hold your bags for you if you arrive before check in timeand only ask a voluntary charity donation if you wish.
