Clean rooms, very friendly staff and great location. Everything was easy.

Great breakfast, fast easy checkin, huge room

Don’t let the online pictures fool you. We had high hopes for our stay, but we we very disappointed. Our room had a window air conditioner connected to a hose. Unsightly and inefficient. Furniture was scratched and floor was uneven. The shades were of very poor quality. The breakfast room was an extension of the lobby. It had no tables or chairs. Instead we sat on sofas and ate off coffee tables. Very awkward and uncomfortable. We tried to change rooms but that was not much better. There may be some updated rooms but ours was a dump.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

The queen room was on the small side and the shower was tiny. The bed was comfortable, the room was generally clean and breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a nice hotel in a good location if you’re visiting Charlottetown.
