Excellent Staff. We left an iPad in the room and returned hours later to retrieve it. The Maintenance staff went above and beyond to help us find it…including going to the large outdoor garbage bin and listening for the location finder beeps. After two searches of the room, we found it behind the headboard of the bed. Above and Beyond. Breakfast was excellent as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairholm Inn! The building we stayed in was absolutely charming built last century. The staff was very helpful and our room was charming! The Inn is close to downtown. Easily walkable to wonderful restaurants and the confederation center. I would not hesitate to stay at this end again in the future.

There was no TV in the room, which was hard for us with two young kids. The bathroom didn't have a hair dryer which was hard on my wife. The building itself is located right in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, which was good. The room was otherwise clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, but seemed to lack experience dealing with families with young children. They gave us free tickets for a movie in a nearby cinema, but it was for an R-rated movie, and we didn't know. We walked out right away.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.
