Very nice cabins in the middle of nature. I enjoyed the cocoa experience they offer very much. Overall nice staff and a relaxing experience. I would defenitely recommend them.

Cute hotel! Not too big but enough for relax and enjoy Palomino. Good option for the price.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food and service were excellent! We booked two different rooms—both were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and common areas could use some improvement, especially adding more lounge chairs, a better bar setup, and some shade by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The room is pretty and as seen in the pictures. Had some issues with the wifi-not strong enough for streaming and the wifi I was given to connect to, simply was not existent in that room-definitely not strong enough for working remotely and doing meetings, even with the other wifi options they gave. The staff was very nice in person, however, they were completely MIA on a night where music was blaring beside the room and the whole room was shaking from the bass until 2:30am. Even though staff was aware of these problems, they did not try to compensate for these issues. The access to the beach is great, the pools are nice, the food/drinks are good. Weird setup in the bathrooms with open areas where you can see outside to other people’s doors and windows.. so they can see you too?
