Beautiful hotel in a most convenient location for seeing the sights in Vienna. We stayed there for a week. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The laundry room and the restroom were right next to the bedroom I stayed in. It was very noisy and I could not sleep. So, I told that to a staff and he made sure the no one will use the Landry. It just noisy but everything else was great!
