Clean and helpful staff

Rooms smelled very bad and ac wasn’t working in one of the room and we have been assigned new rooms after waited for almost two hour. Front desk personal was helpful but he was very busy dealing with check ins and we had to wait almost two hours to switch the rooms. Hotels should check was in good location.

fantastic stay over the few days we were there. staff very friendly and always ready to help. room clean and tidy. only thing i would have liked is more vegeterian options.

This is not the fault of the accommodation.. poor description of check in .. hotels describes front desk which is not how check in occurs .. one email says we have to download app then you will receive 2nd email with different code to use on a machine at accommodation which allows the app to key open accommodation.. but no 2nd email received.. and the address of the accommodation is wrong .. Too hard we bailed on it and went somewhere else that’s just money gone !!!

The property can be accessed by bus or taxi/Uber but is not near the metro, Uber/taxi cost was 30-35 Euro to central Madrid and 18 Euro to the airport. They do not have laundry facilities. There were squashed bugs on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. There are no restaurants in the area within walking distance other than one other hotel with a restaurant. It was not a convenient place to stay in my opinion.

The hotel is very well located, accesible to the main city attraction. The personnel who works at the hotel is so polite and helpful. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Mercadona supermarket is around the corner, and tasteful gastronomy available around!!’

The location is perfect to see the sites. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was lovely. The doorman were always helpful!

Very conveniently located just outside the airport are in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Hotel was great and the food was also good.
