Munch Museum hotels in Oslo, Norway

Ideal hotel for a short break, although quite noisy at times due to central location.

Very please with our stays , staffs are very helpful and polite. Allow into the room even when we were too early for the actual check in time as mentioned in the web site. Overall the room is clean but Very small as mentioned by many reviewers. Location is geat, between walking distance to several landmark attraction, for eg paliment, city hall and ferry services. as we are facing global warming, without air conditioning the room temperature was rather high. even in the month of September I was felling rather hot with no flow of fresh air either. During our stays There was some sort of renovation works going on across the street, the loading or unloading start as early as 6am, loud bang or sudden dropped of building materials( God know what ) was rather annoying and had disturbed my sweet dream !

Had a brilliant stay, the breakfast is amazing! The one issue is that the street-facing rooms are incredibly noisy at night; there are some bars very close by. I would recommend asking for a room away from the street definitely.

Everything top notch and that with a reasonable price tag, which is highly unusual for Oslo

Love the old style of this hotel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in Norway. The staff was superb and could not be more helpful and positive.

I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful, breakfast was more than satisfactory, location was great, Munch Museum and Natural History Museum were in a walking distance. Subway station was across the street so the transportation was extremely easy.

The hotel is well located, near the Parliament, the Royal palace, several museums and the waterfront. Our room was not big but very confortable and well conceived. In addition, the breakfast (included) offers lots of choices. The staff is very helpful.
