Excellent staff, nice rooms, quiet and great wellness area.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of service so it was difficult for me to get to my room on the 3rd floor due to my mobility issues. Once there, the room was a delight, beautiful view overlooking the flowery courtyard, very quiet.

Generally a comfortable stay in a convenient location. I liked that I could book a room with two bedrooms, separated by an internal door, both pleasantly decorated and clean. I didn’t like how hot the second ‘childrens’ room got when the door was shut, or that no milk came with the coffee/kettle. I didn’t like the way reception staff treated me like I was going to run off without paying.

Would rate 4.5, only thing that was slightly awkward was the layout of the bathroom in our room. Otherwise as mentioned by others AC is limited to 22 degrees, which could be cooler when it's 30+ outside. However breakfast was decent, staff generally helpful and amenities plentiful with water and coffee available 24/7. Location is great as well so overqlltfor the price we paid pretty good value for money.
