We stayed there 2 nights, clean room but small tvs, and one of them not working properly, convenient location, buffet ok

Interesting experience. Shower and kitchen available. The top window could have been cleaned sometimes for better sky visibility.

Perfect location in the heart of down-town Reykjavik. Full, but tiny, kitchen and a great breakfast delivered to your door every day. Even only two blocks from the Airport Flybus pickup for convenience to getting to and from the airport. Staff were very nice and accommodating - free luggage storage if you have to wait for check-in or check out before you're ready for your flight.

The outside door keypad was terrible. We had to use the call system to get in which took sometime. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no on-site host/desk. I did like the convenient location and the on-site free parking.

This is a pretty no frills property. Small rooms. We chose it because it was most affordable in area, but it was still as expensive as a 4-5 star in the U.S. Unstaffed so they send email with room code which someone in our party didnt get. No individual room temperature control and room was hot so had to sleep with windows open and all night street noise. What little food they had was way overpriced ($35 USD for soup and bread). Not enough parking for guests.

My group of 20 stayed here for 3 days prior to our cruise. Excellent location except for the uphill walk from the bus stop #3 where we got dropped off with our luggage. Bora fro reception was very helpful with our luggage. I rented 5 units for the group and all were happy with our stay. Special thanks to Bora…
