Very nice room. The shower was small and the toilet was lower than usual.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The only negative is that we weren’t given enough information at check-in about where our condo was located. It would have been helpful to know it was a good two miles away and to put the address in our phone. Other than that everything was great!! Beautiful fall leaves and accommodations.

A very nice historical building to stay in. Staff was very nice. The room comes with mini refridgerator (but no microwave), TV, coffee maker, and other basic needs. The bed was comfortable. Access to clean drinking water was bit inconvient as I had to travel all the way to level B (in other words, the basement where fitness and pool are) for foundation water to fill my bottle. The TV had no close caption no matter what we did (changing caption, setting it to CC1, etc) and it was a pity because Im Deaf and couldnt enjoy any late night shows after a long day in Staunton. The hotel said they would fix it, but never did.

.

Room was average. Not enough blankets for bed. Couch had a smell. Kitchen faucet leaked. TV in master bedroom poor cable connection, obviously a short in wiring so watching it continuous pausing. Never attempted to use hot tub due to when unit next door used theirs we had to shut doors to bed and bathroom due to the loud noise of vibrating. Attempted to use balcony however the unit next to ours tenants where smoking marijuana on their balcony.

Accommodating and respectful staff
