Kind and helpful staff. Lovely a/c in our unit. Clean bedding. Close walk to Gare de Norde station. No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in. Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children. Note no elevator. Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

We loved this hotel and actually wish we were staying longer. Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind, we truly loved it here! The location was fantastic, and the little bit of history in the welcome book was so cool! We can’t recommend this location enough and will stay again the next time we are in Paris.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! the facilities are fantastically maintained and linens changed everyday. Nice selection of drinks at the bar, and bottles of water in your room that are refilled daily. The staff is excellent and have great food and bar recommendations as well as some smaller sights to see. i Arrived about 4 hours before check in and they were able to hold my baggage in a dedicated room until check in and gave me a map to start exploring the area. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples

Beautiful! Great location. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Apartment was beautifully maintained and we highly recommend.

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

Overall the staff at reception was incredibly. The bathroom may need some love, perhaps an electric vent to help with dampness that’s causing mold on shower walls between tiles.

Great experience overall! The apartment was nice, quiet, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed having the terrace. We stayed for six nights and would definitely stay here again. A few things to keep in mind: unlike a traditional hotel, there is a charge for early check-in as well as for extra coffee pods. We also weren’t provided with quite enough coffee or toilet paper for a six-night stay, which was a little inconvenient. If you’re deciding between the one- and two-bedroom options, I’d recommend the two-bedroom. The two- bedroom apartment is a little smaller and cozier in person than it appears in the photos, so the extra space is worth it. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!
