The property advertising is very misleading. Where was the pool? Where was the onsite catering aside from breakfast? The accomodation was okay, if very isolated. No daytime cafes, just a couple of restaurants that only open for lunch, sometimes dinner. The fridge in my room didn’t work, so I couldn’t bring in an improvised meal. Like one other reviewer, I felt like I wanted my money back! So misleading!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely surroundings, fabulous restaurant, really helpful staff and the pool was lovely too - can’t fault it in any way.

Lovely and peaceful place to spend a weekend. Very nice staff. Very nice room. Powerful AC. Bed on the softer side. Beach accessible through a sand dune and some walking. Close to restaurants.

Good hotel. Walking distance to tram and railway. Area around hotel run down. Nothing wrong with the hotel but I would think one in a better area would of been good,

Aesthetically pleasing environment

really nice hotel, lovely staff and well located, with an excellent restaurant. Just be careful if you book a jacuzzi room - we were allocated one on the top floor, which involved a steep flight of stairs (as the lift doesn't go up to the top) and a VERY low beam to duck under in order to access the terrace. I'm 190cm and was recovering from surgery, so it couldn't work. The staff were able to relocate us into a similar but more suitable room - I suggested they should provide a warning when that room type is booked but that may not happen...
