Mandalay Bay could have been our only destination. Between the pools, restaurants and shows there was no need to go anywhere else. Of course we enjoyed the strip as well!! Clean, helpful, and we appreciated the tram as well!!

Resort Fee is something that we did not notice when we booked online through Expedia. We paid $45+tax extra per night. Also, there is Service fee $3 per person for Breakfast that is included.

Well to me for this being my first visit to Las Vegas and to the Excalibur hotel experience alone was mind blowing I love the fact that the staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean housekeeping was extravagant. I gotta take my hat off to the house. Cleaners overall, I’m looking forward to my next visit this time I’m bringing my wife back with me.

Zero amenities in the room. No refrid/microwave or even coffee. Not listed of course but cheap move. My biggest complaint was trying to find self park at 9pm! Circled the front three times before I asked. Then it is soooo far away and they charged $20! Geez. With so many hotels to choose from I guest everyone just caters to the big spenders.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The staff were great and attentive when I first checked in, which made for a lovely start to my stay. I loved my quick weekend trip here for the iHeartRadio Festival and especially appreciated the convenience of being right next to T-Mobile Arena. The walk back and forth was a breeze! I also really appreciated the no-smoking policy, especially since I had my 5-year-old niece with me.
