Mont St Michel is amazing, wonderful, stunning. All the buildings on it are relatively small, quaint and old fashioned. We went for a room with a view over the ramparts. It had a kettle and water in a fridge, a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom and was fine/good. It doesn’t have air-conditioning or a lift (there are only a few stairs to and in the property, but they are quite steep - but that’s the nature of the place. The downside was from about 5.30am in the morning Mont St Michel and all of its restaurants and shops are being re-supplied and litter is being taken away and this is a very very noisy (but essential) process and continues for about 2.5 hours or more. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this - it’s just the price you pay for staying in somewhere like this. (And I would say is worth it!)

Air condition was not work. Unbelievable

Great location! Comfortable but a room that could use some tlc. Breakfast was wonderful and located in a beautiful room. Please make sure you have a gate code to access parking!! Followup on the emails.
