staff was very nice. quick check in. finding place was some work. breakfast was good - finally a warm breakfast. room was a little dirty - looks like they did a quick clean , missing some spots. pillows did not smell fresh. overall ok for the price

Our stay was very good. Way better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely do it again.

Tucked away in a quiet, but gorgeous, area. Nice restaurants nearby. Great spot - will definitely be back.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. We had very little options to choose from for hotels near UConn and I knew this wasn’t going to be fancy, but I assumed as a Best Western it would at least be acceptable. The smell in the lobby was awful and the walls were plywood. Then we got into our room, on the first floor and it was so damp everything felt wet. The smell was the worst part - just awful, mildewy, wet-carpet smell. The beds were comfortable, but the smallest double bed I’ve even been in and the sheets were inside out. The bathroom was clean and I was happy to have a fridge - the only positives I can think of. Overall, this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in and I would not recommend it.
