Excellent beds and maid service

Awesome!

My mother had an emergency trauma surgery 3 weeks prior to our stay. We purchased the travel protection insurance. The hotel nor Expedia would change the date of our stay even with the travel protection that was purchased. They were rude, unempathetic and told my mom that they needed medical documentation for proof of a refund, which is a HIPPA violation. My mother and I lost out on our beach stay at this hotel. My mother still has about 5 weeks recovery ahead of her. This is the most unprofessional and uncaring establishment I have dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Generous breakfast offerings. Clean spacious room. Very comfortable beds. Would stay again.
