I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I can’t because of how difficult it was to find parking when we arrived. We spent a long time driving around looking for a space, and it was honestly quite frustrating. That said, once we got to the guesthouse, our experience was very good. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it had air conditioning, a minibar, and complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The location is another plus, as it’s only about a 15 minute drive from San Sebastián. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but the parking situation is a serious issue that future guests should be aware of. If parking were easier, this would easily be a 5 star experience.

The room was beautiful and had a terrace with a view of the lake. The area is close to the town center and the beach.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, staff excellent, food exceptional!

Hotel was great. One quibble... only given complementary bottles of water (2) on first day. This meant that having booked for 5 nights we had to pay for 8 bottles of water. If the room had been booked by 5 different couples for one night each I am guessing 2 bottles per day would have been provided!

Unique and wonderful hotel in a beautiful town. Highly recommended.

Tache de sang sur la couette et les poubelles n’étaient pas vidés lors de notre arrivée. Il manquait aussi des serviettes. L’oreiller aurait eu intérêt à être aéré, il puait. Petit déjeuner décevant pour le prix. Globalement, piètre rapport qualité prix.
