This was our second stay in three years when visiting Chicago. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel Elephant and Castle is an extra treat. Delicious food and awesome drinks.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. Palmer House a Hilton Hotel
The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others.
