It was a nice stay for an overnight. Being downtown there was downtown noises (sirens, racing, motor cycles, etc.) which were expected. I would not come if looking for quiet, but it is a great central location to shopping, the pier, and other places.

I stayed here recently while visiting Chicago for the first time. My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check my bags in while I explored the city. Right on the river, just about everywhere is walkable. The train station is literally a step away. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. I had breakfast at Perilla which was quite amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the downtown Chicago area. The connivence of the area and friendly staff really helped make my first time in Chicago memorable.

Room was absolutely lovely! Comfy, cozy, and clean. Only area for improvement I would say is the shower head, but hey, it works and the temperature was easily adjustable. Staff was incredibly nice, and very welcoming. You are also able to store your bags at the hotel if you arrive prior to check-in, or if you need to store your bags after checking out for bit, which is great! Overall, very cool hotel, and amazing location for downtown Chicago!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lounge was beautiful and accommodating seating wise. We all loved the coffee machine. Room was luxurious, nicely sized and well laid out. The seat by the window view was an extra bonus that we enjoyed. The hotel is centrally located for great walking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful hotel
