The room was clean with good view. Love the big seat bench. Great location and close to the magnificent mile. Very walkable. Staff was responsive when i mentioned that lamp knob had fallen off. It was fixed quickly.

Fabulous location for exploring downtown Chicago. Nice amenities such as filtered water in the rooms for drinking and free coffee from 6am- 6pm daily. We loved our stay here and would stay again!

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The room and property was very clean, warm, and inviting. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Also, the room was very quiet. I dont think we heard any noise (outside of some sirens in the city).

The staff was amazing and we felt welcomed every second. The Doormen were PHENOMENAL!!! Even my teenager commented on how hospitable they were and that we’ve never had an experience like that in another hotel

The outlook from the river view room was spectacular, and the cushioned and pillowed nooks in front of each window were the outstanding feature for a relaxing stay. Beds were good, as well as the spacious bathroom.

We got a room at the third floor and even though I was worried due to noise it still made it pretty good so we decided to stay at this floor. My kids enjoyed to sit/lay at the windows and the rooms were in top conditions. I booked a rate with breakfast which was a "very disappointing" experience. It was served on a fancy restaurant next to the property in which I had 50$ credit and the rest had to be paid by myself (for 4 persons this is really low). The food was excellent but the arrangements were disappointing, so we decided to have breakfast on a coffee shop nearby. I hope they can make some improvements on this.
