"Service with a Smile in Great Location"
I have stayed in many hotels around the world but New World staff truly sets itself apart from other 5 star hotels. From the security guards at the front, door staff concierge, cleaners and staff in the restaurant and business lounge everyone smiles is pleasant, friendly and happy to assist with anything. Thoroughly recommend this hotel with great facilities and location but the staff put this hotel a notch above the others. I'll definitely be staying here when I return with the family next year.

"The staff was good, value was ok, area was rough. "
Prior to my stay, I had never been to the Philippines, my decision to book a hotel was based on reviews and price. I am sharing my honest experience with others so that they can make an informed decision as well. I stayed here for 8 days, stayed in the same room, had a decent view (see pics), and I am largely satisfied with the hotel (given the price). The service was excellent, every time I called for something a friendly staff member got it in a timely manner (like a taxi cab). The breakfast buffet was definitely budget oriented, but honestly my standards for food is unusually high (for most people it would be ok), and at least the staff was super friendly. Room service came everyday, kept our room clean, no complaints there. Nothing against the hotel itself but next time I am going to book a hotel next to the Manila airport/Mall of Asia mostly because of the safety concerns that foreigners should be aware of when traveling through the Philippines. Basically, the Philippines scares me.

"Great hotel, great location"
Great hotel, VERY well built and in a awesome location. Staff were very friendly and willing to help you out in any situation. The only reason I give the room comfort 4/5 is cause it was freezing cold in the room. Even when the AC was off it was cold. Other then that I would of given it 100% 5 stars across the board. Great food, shopping, movies, & coffee shops near by. There is a great place you can have breakfast literally 30 seconds away across the drive in for about 1/3 of the price at the hotel.

"Nice hotel if it's location suits you."
Chose this hotel as!it was walking distance from my business place. Also convenient location for reaching airport. Harisson mall etc. Hote !stay was ok. Except for the towals which were really worn out. Pool is just to get 4 star status as it was quite small no attendant was there in my only visit there. However, I still recommend it for large rooms, necessary facilities and convenient location.

"Safe hotel with limited services"
My room TV was not working at all since I checked in. Engineers came upon to n fro and problem still not fixed. After calling for several times to report the issue, the response was also the same which was they will send the engineer over. The problem persisted till I checked out! No offers for me to change to another room and no service recovery! Just my luck! Paid extra to stay in the bay view room but was informed, there would be window cleaning activity everyday at 7am & 2pm. I'm not sure when they will clean my room so the curtains were basically drawn up in the day for privacy. By the night time, you see no view at more! So don't bother paying extra for a bay view room. There are very few dining options overall and only some of the staff were friendly, not all. However, the hotel has tight security checks which make guests feel safe. The housekeeping services were very good too! Room was very clean.

"Perfect location"
It's a 3 star hotel and considering the location a great deal for the money. Staff very courteous. Liked the swimming pool on the fifth floor. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping did a good job. They supply toiletries which is an added bonus. It's an older building..Carpets in the room could use a thorough carpet cleaning not just vacuuming. I stayed with my girlfriend for 10 days and we enjoyed our stay. They offer a variety of foods in the restaurants. Check in and check out were a breeze. If I visit Manila again I will definitely stay there again. Within 5 minutes walking there are all kinds of restaurants, a mall, bars, grocery store, bazar type market, western union with great exchange rates.

Manila is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Manila, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Manila hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
