nice and friendly staff.

it is my first time staying here but i must say i was surprised by how helpful and kind the staff here are. the hotel , even with its long standing history , is clean and well kept. the AC is strong and the facilities are running well.

Grand Place has a beautiful patina of another era, which gives it a timeless charm. The service is excellent, warm, and attentive. If I could change one thing, it would be to update the electrical system—not because it’s problematic, but simply to bring it up to modern standards while preserving the hotel’s historic character.

Nice room although a little dated. Definitely road noise and occasional aircraft noise as the approach to Manila international is close to the hotel. Conveniently located to Asia Mall and Makati City.

The size of the rooms and the amenities are excellent. Nice pool and restaurant. Convenient location and hotel shuttle to Mall of Asia. But the outstanding service of the staff, including the attendants, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, set the Heritage apart from other hotels. If you are visiting from abroad, you will especially appreciate help with baggage and arranging transportation.

They a have an amazing staff. The restaurant quite pricy. The pool is amazingly good, but we have to thru portion of the restaurant to get in and out of the pool area.. the restaurant quite expensive and quite small from what i paid for comparison to the next hotel i stayed in.. The room are big but what i saw in the advertisement are quite different..i have mentioned it to the hotel manager regarding the advertisement the need to be fix..the manager royle had me moved to a lot bigger room from i have expected..but if i moved to a nicer room, i have to pay extra.. We had pleasant stay but the first room we had was really bad.. carpet are stained, and the security latches for the door are loose and the Tv are need to re start it most of the time.. The location very unique to a point of commuting if you know where to go.. but the sametime have to be really carefull for the area especiallyat nightime.

Amazing Hotel, Highly Recommend!

This was a great place to stay in Manila, it's close to the mall of Asia and also the staff and food is fantastic. Marg in the VIP concierge was so helpful and professional and we were always met with a smile in true Filipino fashion. The rooms on our floor were up to very modern and clean, it definitely met my very high North American standards lol. I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travelers, it has it all.

Overall nice place. Staff in dining area not very attentive. Felt ignored on several occasions. Had to ask for menus, had to ask to place our order. Had to ask for the check instead of it being presented at the end of the meal. One time we sat for 20 minutes after done eating with plates pushed aside and no one came to clear or ask if we were finished or anything.
