I stay at Dusit Thani whenever I’m in Manila, and it continues to exceed expectations every time. The food is consistently excellent, with a variety and quality that set it apart from other five-star hotels in the city. What truly makes the experience special, though, is the service. The staff here are the kindest and most attentive I’ve encountered in Manila this year. They genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome, remembered, and taken care of something that isn’t always guaranteed even at top-tier hotels. Among the many five-star hotels in Manila, Dusit Thani stands out for combining warm hospitality, outstanding dining, and a high level of professionalism. It feels both luxurious and personal, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a five-star experience with heart.

When asked about bathroom outlet is not working for hair drying and replied from maintenance service crew “use room outlet” also said that, bathroom outlet is not used for hair drying blower. It is used only for cellphones charging. That part was annoying, later was transfer to a different room where everything work as intended.

The cleaner lady in room 803 was really good and very polite. She go above and beyond service to us. SHE DESERVE COMMINDABLE INCREASE TO WHAT SHE IS DOING.
