I did not avail the breakfast option. I had dinner at the top and food was ok. The beer is not that cold to enjoy it. The staff was great though they were all friendly and helpful. I wish there were appropriate wall sockets in the right places and option for USB charging.

All the staff are very excellent in service..from the front desk, Pau, David, gents at the door Benson, Michael and Francis and the dinning staff...Jessa and Team and of course the cleaning staff. We have the most wonderful experienced at City Garden hotel. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. We definitely booked and be back next month. We did the right choice to book to stay at City garden hotel. Thanks to all the excellent staff and keep up the good work.

The drain in the tub doesn't drain properly. l reported it to the front desk and they sent maintenance to Deal with it. But problem still persists. Just be aware that once you finish your shower the water level is already by your calves. On the other hand the service was great.

the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast house keeping was terrible,i got fed up with complaining about the cleanliness of the room and the number of times that there were no towels left in the very tired somewhat run down bathroom.the temperature of the shower was supposed to be hot but actually tepid would better describe it.the only place you could get a hot shower was by the swimming pool. the sound proofing needs improvement as you could hear every footstep outside the room the hotel also has the problem of street sellers including prostitutes continually hassling people as they were leaving or entering the property traffic is also a big problem outside the front . the hotel has no parking so taxis found it very difficult to pick up or drop off the hotel pool was kept reasonably clean but the hot tub was always under repair. on the day i was leaving i had a very late flight so wanted to have a late check out ,which i would have gladly paid extra for.but when i requested a late check out i was told they dont do late check outs on a saturday my overall experience of the hotel was disappointment and would not stay again or recommend the hotel to anyone else
