Love everything about this hotel. I booked 5-6 rooms here to for friends and family. I think the room I got (1-BR with residential club access) needed a little upgrade but the rooms that my family got were renovated.

2nd time staying at New World. And it gets better every time. All of the staff especially on the 24th floor were so helpful. Alex and Wilson on the 24th floor Directors restaurant were excellent!! Once my kids walked in they knew their exact order. They were so nice to my kids, my kids felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you Alex and Wilson you are the best!
