"Hotel Close to Everything"
Heritage Hotel is close to everywhere i need to be; malls, small stores, restos and fastfood, and airport ofcourse. So, its my hotel everytime i travel overseas. Two things i didnt like about Heritage tho; there was one time that we went to breakfast downstairs so when we got there i gave the infos they needed for the free breakfast. When were almost done, i went ahead to reception to check out so as soon as we finish breakfast we can leave to catch our flight. To my surprise, they asked me to pay for our breakfast, and it wasnt cheap; 2,000 pesos for breakfast for two!! Not to be rude but their breakfast is so not worth that much...but my concern is "why would they charge me extra for breakfast thats already paid for when i booked?" So the waitress went to the reception and asked, i told them i literally just checked out minutes ago. They still charged me, and that really disappoint me. I paid anyway, 2,000 pesos is not worth the trouble. Ok, moving on. Second thing is, the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom is not very clean. Clean at first look, but not really. Sink and toilet bowl is not that cleaned. I'd say the place is good for max of three nights stay. For its price, if anybody will stay more than 4 days, pick a different one. Overall, Heritage is good for a night or two stay. It needs improvement, but still a good hotel.

"Great Staff, Great Views, Great Club level"
The Staff was simply amazing. They were so professional. I had the chance to be helped at the desk by the manager. I see why the team was so nice and professional - she set the standard and the example. From the room cleaning team to the folks in the restaurant, they were just nice. I enjoyed my stay so much, that I extended it!

"Clean hotel"
The room was clean, however 110 volts is not working, we try to take a nap and construction above our rook is too loud. I am not happy about the from desk during our check in. First of all our room was not available and we waited at the lobby standing. Second, a front desk offer an upgrade and offer breakfast for only PHP3000 (very clear) During check out the price was change to PHP3900+ I insist my conversation is only PHP3000 but the front desk do not listen. This is not acceptable mistake.

"Affordable hotel in convenient location"
The hotel is conveniently located near MOA, airport, and public transportation is accessible. However, during my stay only one elevator is working. Also, there us no free WiFi. You have to pay 100 pesos for an hour of WiFi access. Friendly staff.

"food"
We stayed there to celebrate Valentine's day. They offered a dinner set for the said event and gave a menu for it. Main dish comes, i ordered a beef dish with gravy and wine sauce (not sure of the name but it was enticing and sounds delicious). It was served like it was already standing in room temp for a while, sauce looks dry. As we slice the beef, we were disappointed on its tenderness. We asked for it to be reheated but it was the same. Not as we expected for a beef dish for its offered price. Other than that, the whole stay was awesome.

"Good "
Specious and nice. Great food service. Stairs were kind of steep especially when you have to carry your own luggage up and down. I really felt comfortable there. Close to the MOA and Baclaran shopping.

"Location Wise"
The room was in good condition but it could be better if they prepared it well enough before they accept guests. It looked like the previous guest just checked out and they let us in the same room condition when we checked in; the floor is not clean, theres no towels. Big comfy bed tho. And oh, only one side of elevator worked that day so getting on and off the floor took forever. Breakfast food was ok, needs improvement. I'd stay here again because of its location; nearby bus station (i'm from Batangas Province).

Pasay is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Pasay, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Pasay hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
