They should provide a cooling fam not just an ordinary fan on the summer season. As regula fan is not enough to cool the place down

The check in process was really bad. I had to wait on the street with my kids and 4 luggages for 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the key. The air conditioner wasn’t properly installed and was blowing hot air inside the rooms. Lastly I got charged a property damage fee that was not refunded even though I caused no damage. On the positive side, the location is very good, the apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Very poor breakfast. Forgot some clotning in the room and they could not recover it even i wrote to them they day after i left.

Great location. Some rooms are very spacious for a 4 star hotel in central London.
