We went on a trip to Chang Rai from Chiang Mai. We book a 2 day stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful. Very well maintained & rooms were clean. It is located near the bus terminal. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommended for travellers looking for easy commute & easy accessibility

Beautiful rooms, lovely grounds. Had the best massage at the spa: my masseuse could read my body and knew how to tailor the treatment accordingly. A minor quibble, but the bed pillows are enormous and firmly overstuffed, which I found uncomfortable. Otherwise a perfect stay.
