One of the nicer places I have ever booked from hotels.com. The building is at an excellent location with easy walking to all of Vail Village. Very nice hot tub and patio out back facing green space and walking trails. The lodge is very nicely appointed with very heavy wooden doors and nice furniture. I can't imagine a better place to stay. We were there in September so no skiing, but the Gopher Hill lift is a very quick walk from the hotel as is the Gondola.

Wish we had stayed longer than one night. Great location, clean property, and great amenities.

They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!

The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special. Thank you Bob

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there.

We liked the location, just at the West end of Main Street. So shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Everything seemed to be within a mile from the condo. When the Hyatt manager checked us in, he commented we will pay the Resort Fee and another fee after our stay. Then they billed us another $50. $50 that is not accounted for anywhere.
