Not clean enough

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned properly, including the bathroom. To make matters worse, the toilet flush wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. Since we were staying for only one night, we reported these issues during checkout. Unfortunately, the staff showed very little concern and didn’t seem interested in addressing our feedback. The rooms are spacious, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness were disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel. The valet parking experience was equally frustrating. They informed us that our car would only be brought out at checkout. If we needed the car before then, we were told to go and locate it ourselves. That completely defeats the purpose of valet parking and was something I have never experienced at a four-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its spacious rooms, but poor maintenance, unresponsive service, and the disappointing valet experience made our stay far below expectations.

Take the 7th floor, adults only, upgrade!!!

Great location! Older hotel. AC wasn't cold and bathroom floors are slick especially when getting out of the shower. Staff was excellent and restaurant had a really good breakfast!
