The hotel was such a cute little space to stay. We went with our kids, and it was perfect! There’s also a coffee shop on the bottom floor that is open early and closes late so it’s perfect for early morning coffee and any late night cravings!

Horrible service. Do not attend this hotel if you want to avoid a horrible stay.
Since the checkin process, there was no welcoming. No one to guide you. Long lines.
There’s no room service.
Have to wait long wait times for dinner. They don’t make reservations.
When eating at buffet, they don’t sit you down of all your party is not present. It’s a buffet…really??
No waiters at pool. Have to get out of pool to get your drink and wait horrible long times.
The entertainment sucks.
Do not attend!!
