The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others.

Food was very good, staff were friendly enough, pool area was clean, bar was ok. Rooms were a bit dated. Two single beds pushed together, not what we asked for! Cleaners were hard working as were the bar staff. Had to pay for the safe that was already in room which I have never had anywhere I have been before. This was after telling us that the Spa was not open for the whole week we were staying! This was one of the main reasons we picked this resort! We were then told we could use other hotels but would obviously be charged! We were never notified before we arrived, when asked via email if we could upgrade room, we were simply told they couldnt do anything as we booked via third party and to go to them! No help what so ever! Don't bother with sea view room, just black rocks! The local people were lovey and although we were there just to relax and chill out and have a nice few spa sessions! [Not] so didnt do much site seeing. But what we did see was lovely and wish we had a bit more time to see more. Would I go back to Tenerrife? Absolutely! This hotel! Nope! Tried to get compensation the hotel simply denied responsibility and said spa was open now!? Brilliant! Dont usually leave reviews like this, but people shouldn't have to have to go through the same!

The rooms are spacious and modern as they’ve just been refurbed. However the food is absolutely awful. The buffet made me feel sick looking at the options, the food was freezing, and it feels like you’re eating in IKEA. Hotel reaches 3 star more than 4 star. Music by the pool is lacking too. No atmosphere for sunbathing during the day. Reception staff don’t feel approachable. Overall the refurb is good but I would not return. Especially if you’re relying on going all inclusive here

When i checked in I was told that I could reserve for a restaurant before I go I tried to do it online and it wouldn't let me I call the front desk and the lady working there told me that I couldn't reserve, when I checked out the lady there told me me that I needed 4 days and I only stayed 3 days but that she could do it today. My problem is that the left hand doesn't knoe what the right hand is doing.
