Great staff. Beautiful room with soft bedding. Sink needs maintenance, but I would definitely stay there again. I loved it!!

The room was very clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. I feel like there could have been more options for hot breakfast.

The property was under almost complete renovation with only two floors of rooms open and the entire entry level was under construction. However, there was no mention of this on the site description. After booking, I received a message stating that the pool, restaurant, and exercise areas were close for renovations, but not essentially the whole building. The available room we were given was not in acceptable condition, certainly far from "Very Good" as indicated by the rating on Expedia. It would be better to close the hotel under renovations are complete in this case and avoid disappointed customers. However, we were ultimately able to get a full refund from Expedia after a couple of attempts. I am sure it will be nice once the construction and renovations are completed though.

This is an extremely quiet and comfortable hotel. Restaurants and parks are within a few blocks.

When we arrived we were told they were overbooked. There was no room for us. They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again!
