We had a lovely stay at Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel. Our room was very nice, clean, and smelled wonderful. The check‑in process was quick and easy, and we really enjoyed the simple aesthetic of the room. Parking was easily accessible, which made things convenient. One of the highlights for my kids was watching the iguanas hanging out in the trees by the pool. The pool itself was cool and fun, though it could use a little TLC. The water looked a bit murky, and some tiles were rusty or falling off. While I understand leaves naturally fall from the trees, it would be nice if they were swept up more often. There was one small hiccup when I asked a staff member for water one morning. She seemed confused and explained that only what was in the mini fridge was complimentary. Totally understandable, but it caught me off guard. On the bright side, the attached restaurant, Amaryya, was excellent, the food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Overall, the hotel was cute, everything was within walking distance, and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location, staff was great Rigoberto and Estella were very attentive, espectacular place would strongly recommend.

Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!

We booked a 3 night stay and it was my wife's birthday on one of the evenings. We asked the restaurant on site for a special celebration for my wife's birthday, and they even noted it down. When we went to the restaurant, we could easily that the birthday note was next to our reservation, but they did absolutely nothing special at all. It was extremely disappointing and that kind of (lack of) service will hamper the ratings :( Staff was nice otherwise, the rooms were clean. Weather was very hot.

The staff and food was like no other. We will be back!
