What we didn’t like
The king suite fell short for the $230/night rate. Large gaps around the patio doors and screens allowed multiple bats to enter (one found in my shoe, another injured and bleeding), plus a crab, lizards, and bugs. The AC struggled to cool the humid room due to poor sealing. Sheets had holes/tears and were not changed during our 6-night stay. Stained comforter and cobwebs were present throughout. We reported the injured bat and blood around 8am, but housekeeping was delayed until nearly noon. Dealing with this was stressful and created a health/safety concern. Would have expected better pest control and maintenance.
