I believe many of the bad reviews are fake! A lovely hotel on a beautiful street in the 16eme for a reasonable price. Great A/C and a nice breakfast - good value and meets my discerning American standards!!

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Staffs were helpful polite but the room itself is tiny. Bathroom and toilet are not suitable for its purpose. Very noisy due to Metro line nearby. Not recommended for others.

My best friend and I arrived for three nights. The hotel is adorable and the staff is so friendly. The rooms are small but very clean and very organized. It was nice to have air-conditioning as well. The area that the hotel is in is very cute and very walkable to all major attractions.

We liked the location, easy 1 hour walk to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumphed, short 15 minute walk to Notre Dame.

Room a bit small, really no area for luggage, bathroom door squeaked loudly, the sink drained very slowly, loud group outside in the common area until 2 am totally clueless that there may be guests trying to sleep and had to call front desk who were 10 ft away from them to ask them to quiet down then additional people did the same a while later. Overall hotel was fine but would not stay again, many other nice hotels to choose from .
