After a number of bumps checking in and moving right room, all was acceptable. Major surprise was the report fee. We didn’t use anything (beach, pool restaurants, game rooms, etc. ) fee was total rip off!

The property is located on a beautiful marina with awesome scenery. The hotel exudes plenty of old school charm and luxurious appointments. The staff were very personable. The pool area is very attractive with nice secluded areas for romantic ambiance. My only displeasure was the room was in need of upgrade : carpet was badly worn and stained . Furniture war in need of update/repair. Fireplace did not work .Although maintenance did try ,but were unsuccessful in fixing the problem on Wed night . They said it would be someone to fix it the following day. Thursday arrived and no one ever showed up .

The staff provided excellent customer service and this was a great experience..overall. I would reserve a room there in the future.

Everything was like brand new!! Loved it!! Will definitely book again!!
