This guy assist me is not good asking me the money

The hotel really didn't live up to the presentation on the website, the room was very old, run down and basic. The online upfront check process gave a really professional presentation of the Hotel but this was quickly changed when I walked in the door. I didn't find the member of staff on reception at all helpful and seemed more interested on what she was doing on the computer than giving a warm welcome. I won't be returning.

The hotel is in an industrial area with no restaurants or shops nearby. It's a few kilometers from the airport and parking is limited.

Helpful staff. Location close to station but very seedy area

The Frankfurt Hotel is centrally located just in front of the Hauptbahnhof, and only minutes walk to the messe and opera house. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had many options. I am excited to stay again!
