The person who checked us in was nice at first. When he discovered it was two men sharing a room and a bed, his body language tensed, and he stared us up and down. It felt homophobic. The hot tub works; it's big, but not the most comfortable. However, we still used it. The chemical smell was very strong. At least I knew the water was clean. The swimming pool wasn't clean enough to see the bottom. I wanted to swim, but not in a shallow pool (less than 5 feet), where you can't see the bottom. There is no room service if you stay more than one night. You have to ask for towels; they are ok towels. Two of the four towels had old stains. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, the room was neat, tidy, and generally clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like a jet engine. The free breakfast was ok. Not great, but not bad either. Limited selection of options. The price was fair for the property. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. We chose a cheaper hotel for this trip as we weren't spending a lot of time at the hotel.

The outside of property need clean up and updating. They are working on it but need to clean the outside up as when we drove up I was thinking I might ask for my money back. The interior was clean and up date. Need to replace bathroom doors and the toilets are very low, The were clean and well kept. Only one chair in the room and only one bedside table and no usb outlets to charge phones. The swimming pool was not open. Morning breakfast was good. Hope they they continue to remodel & update.

They didn't have a microwave in the room. The elevator would make loud noises going up and down. There wasn't a lot of parking. It was nice that is was super close to different stores though.

Clean and great location. Cute decor in the room. Coffee in the room which was great. Room was comfy and cozy.

I had to call to get the info to check in, but the gal was very nice and was easy to reach. In my unit there were not enough kitchen dishes if we were planning on eating there. My mom’s room door was open. Her bed was not made well (sheets wrinkled) and had several hair strands ( seemed like the sheets may not have been changed!?!).

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable with thick pillows, staff were very helpful, and property very well maintained! There is a record player in each room with a ton of great vinyl options at the front desk! Really great stay in a great location in Eau Claire!

Loves the clean beautiful hotel. Just a little disappointed no continental breakfast. You had to buy at the restaurant in the hotel
