Our trip was so good the hotal was so neat ,clean and beautifull. The staff was so good and helpful.

I was bored during my trip. There is nothing to do in the adult only hôtel, they ll ask you to walk to the santafe side of the hôtel to have fun, you ll need to walk 8-10 min to get to the party. The branches parties are more for people under 25, to much noises for nothing. Nothing else to do in the hôtel was so bored. The restaurants Apart from the buffet close at 9pm. The room service menu is 0/10 only cold club sandwich, salad and cheese/chocolate cake. No drink served in the room after 9pm, why is it an all inclusive? The service was 1/10, Called on the phone to request helps and needed glasses they never send any one. Very bad experience, will never go again!

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.
