We had a wonderful stay at Proverb Hotel Hanoi. The location is excellent—close to all the main attractions while still feeling peaceful. The staff were the standout of our stay: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Best place ever! Near everything and the staffs are amazing!

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options

Great hotel. The roof top bar is a cool place to hang out at night. Friendly staff.

Great hotel in perfect location for visiting local attractions in the Old Quarter. It truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff are so kind and professional especially our concierge Leo who gave us outstanding service from the time we checked in to to last minute when we left for the airport. Our family was sad to leave this property as it truly was a fantastic stay in all aspect. Do not hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel, with its incredible staff, you won’t regret it.
