Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and the hotel is steps from the beach. Stayed in the newer building with a view of the ocean based on other reviews. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"We'll be back"
We have a wonderful stay and the hotel staff was excellent. Jennifer, Dustin, Tracy, Hope in the spa, and many others were so nice who seemed to truly want us to enjoy ourselves. If you are considering this hotel, please keep in mind it is not a great place for kids. It is mostly adults, couples and people who want a quiet, calm vacation without children running around. There are many other hotels that are better suited for children with better amenities for them as well. We were booked in a "partial ocean view" room. Be aware that this is not true. When we arrived the room looked onto another property's garden. We had to move rooms and pay a big fee to get the room that we thought we should have had. This was really disappointing. Expedia is tricking us with this.

"Nice Condo facilities close to the beach. "
Nice Condo facilities close to the beach. Current construction renovations was a worry I had going there but really it was no big deal. Staff was friendly and kind. Facilities were nice and I am sure once everything is updated it will be perfect. Poipu is a great location to stay too it is a more quiet side of the island.

Great location and amenities. Close to beach tennis golf food and more. Our unit had a mobile ac unit in the master but Central AC would have been nice for a humidity break but other than that. Excellent

"Amazing resort near Shipwreck Beach!"
It doesn't get much better than this for a resort! Situated right beside shipwreck beach the resort has amazing panoramic views of the pacific. As we approached the hotel, one of the staff welcomed us with leis and the front desk was prompt and friendly. The accommodations were also excellent with many pool areas for kids (sports pool, lazy river, water slide, salt water pool). They had daily activities which included a Thursday night luau. In addition golf courses and tennis courts are also part of the resort accommodations. We had breakfast buffet each morning we were there which was solid and included typical hot items like eggs, bacon, French toast, pancakes, potatoes, oatmeal, sausage, rice, and baked goods and fresh fruit. No doubt we will recommend this resort hotel! Thank you Grand Hyatt for a memorable stay!

"Love this place. Best place to stay, relax & enjoy"
The manager was very nice and helpful. A big thank you to her. The condo we stayed was beautiful. Ours was the best spot with almost 180 degree view of the ocean and sunset. The best vacation we had ever had. We enjoyed ocean view breakfast and lunch. Sunset view dinner. We even met neighbors who were very friendly and nice. Everything above made us feel at home. We saw turtles too. We would definitely return to this place again in our next trip. its close to Poipu beach as well where there is a kiddie pool.

Koloa is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Koloa, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Koloa hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
