Fairly new establishment in a quiet neighborhood, by the water, and extremely close to tram/train station. Quite easy to navigate the city on feet. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Would stay here again the next visit in Hamburg.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were large and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great Convenient walk to most of the touristy areas of Hamburg Close by parking station although quite expensive We would recommend staying at this hotel

Fabulous hotel with amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms and great location. Always enjoy coming here. Staff is super friendly. Restaurant food is delicious.

Convenient

I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find my reservation, even though it was clearly booked. Third, she multiple times tried to up-sell me on breakfast, even though our flight was to depart, before their breakfast opened. Radisson Blu management, if you are listening, please, please, please, bring back your German staff!!
