Needs to upgrade lighting and universal outlets

Overall great hotel, amazing staff especially Amigo & Bora (the animation team) absolutely lovely. They upgraded us to a pool room for our honeymoon. Only piece of feedback is it would be great if some of the tech was updated e.g. tv in the room is old and outdated, chrome cast doesn’t work and it isn’t smart.

Overall, Kirman is a very nice property and is very well maintained. The hotel is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The strongest point for us was the food in the main buffet restaurant. The selection and quality were very good, with BBQ, steaks, salmon, shrimp, traditional Turkish dishes, and many other choices. There was truly something for everyone. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, although I think some of the shows could be improved. You should be aware of is the à la carte restaurant policy. If you stay fewer than four nights, complimentary access is not included. We were told we could still make a reservation for an additional €15 per person, which I agreed to pay for our group. However, when I went to make the reservation, I was told there was no availability until well after our departure. After I brought the issue to management’s attention, they handled it professionally. Since we had two rooms, they were able to arrange a reservation for us at one of their à la carte restaurants and kindly offered it complimentary for all five of us. I appreciated that management listened to the concern and found a solution rather than simply leaving us without an option. Overall, good experience. property is beautiful and well maintained, the main restaurant offers excellent food and variety, and management made a genuine effort to resolve our concern. Summary : Need improvement to the some entertainment and the à la cart reservation system

Bize verilen odada ağır bir rutubet kokusu vardı dolayısıyla değiştirilmesini talep ettik ve hemen değiştirdiler. Otelin yemekleri güzeldi ama ortak alanlar için aynı şeyi söyleyemiycem havuz başındaki yerlerin temizliği cok iyi değildi. Odaya minik çekirge gibi bir böcek girdi az katlı ve bahçe içinde bir otel oldığu için bu tarz şeyler olabiliyor sanırım. Korkuyorsanız sıkıntı olabilir. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız bu oteli tercih edin sürekli yürüyorsunuz. Bu kadar yüzölçümünde bir otel için havuzlar inanılmaz ufak.
