Room was clean. Good location. Only negative was my room had no blind with the corridor light shining into the room all night, I had to wear my eye mask.

Cleaned rooms and facilities. Small and not a whole lot of activity options. A bit far from everything, but if you’re looking to relax it’s the right place.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

The hotel itself is really nice and the room was great, however i am suspicious that the bed had bugs. They could definately use some food and drink options but there is also plenty on the area.

My friend and I had a great stay here. Even though we weren't able to make it to check-in before 10 pm, the staff was able to find us and check us in. Make sure to be in contact with the host about your check-in time.
