Amazing staff and beautiful lobby. However the rooms are tiny. My 6’ son had to bend over to get in the bathroom and the beds are up against the wall. No space at all to hang clothes.

An absolute gem in Kyoto! We had a perfect stay here. The apartment is beautifully curated with a modern traditional Japanese aesthetic. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The indoor garden in the shower area was a spectacular touch. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market, surrounded by fantastic dining options, and close to public transport (metro and buses). Note: The stairs are a bit steep, so just watch your step. Excellent communication with the host and top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Rooms was very clean and AC was easy to adjust. Staff was very friendly and spoke very English very well. Perfect location, Great place to stay.

This was my first stay in Japan. Minutes away from Dotonbori walking! Convenient to trains, shopping and so much food. Staff was friendly. Spacious bathroom. Also provided storage for luggage after checkout. Great price, better convenience! Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect (close to restaurants, shopping, and metro)! The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was good overall as well (although I would recommend adding some fruit options). I would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay, would’ve been five stars except if you are a guest and not on the breakfast included plan with the hotel they don’t allow you into the restaurant area till after 10 AM, I just wanted to use the espresso cappuccino machine that was available to all guests. The tokens for the self serve bar for beer & wine is an excellent idea. Would stay with them again.
