Todo estuvo bien, los empleados muy amables. El desayuno muy rico. Solamente que no hay estacionamiento en la propiedad. Dejamos el carro afuera y tenía una llanta ponchada con un tornillo. Se acercaron los "viene viene" de la calle y se acomidieron a cambiar la llanta. Desafortunadamente en la misma cuadra, una señora se quejó que su llanta estaba ponchada casualmente por un tornillo. Es lamentable que no haya donde dejar los autos de manera segura.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

Very well located and reason for staying there. Entry was not very nice. There was a lot of junk as you enter building. No real amenities except shampoo.

I cannot say enough to truly bring justice to this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. We wanted a place to ground ourselves and relax. The spa was so wonderful. Amazing place. Highly recommend it !!! 👏🙏

I enjoyed the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. There are a few things I would recommend to the hotel to improve. First the lighting....The lights in the living room, dining area, and bathroom were rather dim LED lights which did not quite give enough brightness. I would have been great if the living room had at least one lamp which could be used for reading. Also in the bedroom...the bedside lamps attached to the wall near the headboard were way too bright and undimmable, and were impossible to move to adequately use for reading in bed. Also, the only seating area in the living room was a very deep couch (which obviously could be used as a bed) but was not very comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if there were at least one comfortable chair in the living room for seating with a light for reading near it. But the hotel was very pleasant and intimate, and well located in a nice area with lots of eating options nearby.

Good location, nice boutique hotel. Room was too small for a 7 day stay. Lived out of suitcase due to lack of dresser (only miniature wall closet for 6 hangers 2 letter size drawers). Room did not have privacy. Glass sliding door for whole bath and toilet. No sound privacy between room and common hall. Lighting was not bright enough makeup.
