The room was very cold and dirty. Furniture and linens are very old. The tub was broken. No shampoo, no soap.

Staff was lovely. Food was delicious. The elevator has a terrible odor of dust. The pillows need desperate replacement. The room phone wouldn’t call the front desk. There are rust stains on the bathroom door hinges and vanity. The toilet seat moves when you sit on it.
