Check in with TJ was awesome. Pretty much everything else was less than average. Cleanliness inside, outside. Disrepair from door locks to the dresser. Trash everywhere outside. Roaches inside. No remote for TV. This type of management of the property will KILL your brand!!!!!!!!

If I could give less than one star, I would

The most filthy dirty room I’ve ever seen. Smelled of smoke- clearly the no smoking policy is not enforced. The telephone is the room did not work and was not fixed or replaced even though I requested that be done four times. The vending machine was not working. The ATM machine was not working. Seriously, I would never ever frequent this place again. I would like a refund and will be contacting the management to request same.

Low income hotel

The hotel is not safe, I tried to reach the front desk and couldn't get anyone. I checked out 3 days early because there were people walking around leaning and sitting on my car. I don't believe it is safe. I asked for my money back from hotels.com but still no answer and I had to go to another hotel.
