I love that there is free parking available! Also the staff are so friendly and polite. I love the customer service here. The only downside I had was the sheets smelled weird. Overall though I had a great experience.

The Hotel had a easy check in, the pool was amazing, the staff was friendly, the hotel is beautiful and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and wow wow wow, simply amazing and fresh. We even ordered pizza at 9pm and let me tell you, that pizza in to be in a magazine. My room has a balcony and it was perfect for my grandson to play with his games and toys. I really like this hotel and I will return in November for a short getaway. So far my favorite in the area. Its a 10 for me! Go with your family for the weekend and they will have a ball with awesome & fresh food. Just go!!

Rooms were very nice, beds, sheets and pillows really comfortable. Nice atmosphere all the way around. Found the front desk people and coffee shop staff felt like they hated to be there, not friendly. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and cheerful. Still like going to Hyatts it just seems when we get further east friendliness diminishes FYI spent 48 years in NYC and NJ and always was pleasant with hard working young people

we had 2 bookings, both rooms bedding had blood stains. called front desk and requested sheets to be changed. It did not happen until next night around 9 pm. Very bad service. On top the manager at night said that since you booked it with third party (Expedia) we cannot help you much.
