We upgraded to the one bedroom suite which was very clean, and well stocked, and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The only thing , which is beyond their control, is that we were there on a weekend and the bar music from next door is quite loud until 2 am. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Friendly staff, small rooms, super was not great, no water pressure in the showers, decent views. Overall a very average to below average experience that wasn’t worth staying over 40 minutes away from Whitehorse for. I would recommend not getting the executive suite as you have to walk through the dining room and up a flight of stairs only accessible next to the main dinner table. It made for a pretty awkward check in not to mention being able to hear everyone outside of the room while they are eating.

The location was excellent, the beds and rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parking is a challenge, but you can pick up a free 3-day parking pass from the Visitor's Centre.

We are on a five week trip to Alaska. Best place we have stayed!

Was nice and clean, quiet area with good parking. Separate thermostats make a big difference!
