Property was great ..... spacious rooms with a mini kitchenette only downside to it is that no housekeeping for the 4 days we stayed. Amenities were readily available at the front desk but I would still prefer a room cleaning atleast once in my 4 day stay. A fresh linen makes a great difference. All else is great......

위치 접근성도 좋고 근처에 맛집이 많아서 좋았어요. 방도 무엇보다 넓고 쾌적하게 잘 쓴것 같아요. 한국어 하실줄 아는 직원분도 계시고 다들 친절해서 편하게 머물 수 있었습니다!

Beautiful hotel very clean and the food at the restaurant is really good. We also enjoy the Onsen every day.

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't sure about the location at first, but Susukino district and Odori station area (happened to be a few of our day trips' meeting point) were about 20min walk away, and we took advantage of the hotel's free shuttle to the Sapporo station also (which we could utilize with our suitcases), that got us there within 20minutes. Staff were nice, some English-speaking, the room was spacious, and in-room amenities were well thought, from the PJs to the slippers. We loved the 10th floor lounge which offered self-service drinks from 7am to 11pm (snacks and even Sapporo beers during specific times!) and met other tourists there. Vending machines and a communal microwave were available, which I think isn't common at high end hotels with multiple restaurant services which was great. We didn't utilize the public bath, but the signage implied that people with a tattoo are still welcome as long as they cover it up with stickers/ plasters which, knowing the standard practices in Japan, is pretty generous and accepting. Overall, worthwhile. Unless I need quicker access to the station area, this will be my next stay in Sapporo.
