Very thanx to all staff. They was very helpful with me special to mr Mustafa and mis hyam in the resecption. The food was very amazing and iam thankful mr mohamed moawd in the resturant. It was happy stay for me and my familly Good beach and the pool was clean

This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me. However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful. Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful. The bad experience was the doctor at the resort. He was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and greedy. A guy at the bag store was also super rude and disrespectful to my cousin. And at check in they changed the prices and charged more than Expedia has told me to add 2 more people to the rooms. The rooms also had few things wrong, the fridge wasn’t working and the bedding wasn’t clean but when we called them they came and changed everything.
