Great location next to the fjord.

Absolutely perfect little gem in the ‘middle of nowhere’. Super simple small rooms, but very clean and tidy with just what you need (bathroom, bed, tv), but the best parts are the kind workers (actually all Icelandic people have been kind and this is no exception) as well as the tasty food at the hotel restaurant: both at dinner and the breakfast buffet.

Very nice place to stay in a cute, tiny town. We stayed in room 9, upstairs on the end, with a pretty view of the bay. It was comfortable, with plenty of space & a couch. We were next to the kitchen but didn't hear people too much. There was also a sink in the room and a bathroom right outside of our room. There were plenty of bathrooms with showers to share for the number of guests. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The property was very clean and easy to get around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options of breads, cheese, meat, fruit, granola, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. Dinner in the restaurant was not only delicious but affordable. Google maps says the entry to check in is on the left when you come into town, it is actually on the right. You go in the door with the sign above it that says Fisherman. Check in is at the restaurant register. You can park anywhere that is legal, there is ample parking nearby. There is no elevator though I believe a few of the buildings have accessible rooms. Our beds were very comfortable. Beautiful place to adventure around the Westfjords!

Great place to stay when in the WestFjords. Easy walk to restaurants and other places of interest. Very clean and welcoming back yard to sit and enjoy nature
